Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the PMI team in the coordination and execution of end-to-end integration workstreams.
- Support the tracking of integration milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple functional units.
- Conduct deep-dive research and data analysis to provide insights for synergy identification and value realization.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and progress reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support the documentation of integration playbooks and best practices for future mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in project meetings, capturing key decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy is highly advantageous.
- Passion for the technology industry and a keen interest in organizational change management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing collaborative team.
