Sanofi, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a motivated Intern to join our Quality and Product Complaint team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be a vital link between our regional supply chain and the patients who rely on our life-saving treatments.
As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to global quality standards, regulatory compliance, and post-market surveillance. Working in a multinational environment, you will bridge communication gaps for our Japanese or Korean markets, ensuring that product complaints are documented, investigated, and resolved with the highest level of precision and empathy. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the intake, documentation, and categorization of product complaints from the APAC region.
- Translate technical documentation and customer feedback between English and Japanese/Korean.
- Support the Quality team in conducting initial investigations to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records in our Product Complaint database to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain.
- Support the preparation of periodic reports regarding complaint trends to facilitate process improvements.
- Assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and SOP compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in English and either Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) or Korean (TOPIK 5/6).
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professional discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
