Are you passionate about sustainable architecture and urban greenery? Belalang Inovasi Sdn Bhd is a pioneer in green infrastructure, and we are looking for a motivated Intern in Project Supervision to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam.
In this role, you won't just be pushing paper—you will be at the heart of our mission to green up Malaysia one building at a time. You will gain hands-on experience in the design, planning, and execution of innovative green wall and rooftop systems. Whether you are observing live construction sites or participating in the design phase, you will have the unique opportunity to see your contributions come to life in real-world urban environments.
This internship is designed for high-potential students or fresh graduates eager to bridge the gap between academic theory and industry practice in the construction and environmental technology sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the project management team in supervising daily on-site operations for green wall and roof installations.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure projects adhere to timelines and safety standards.
- Support the design team in drafting conceptual plans and technical layouts for vertical garden projects.
- Monitor site progress, document daily activities, and prepare status reports for management.
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and ensure installation methods meet company specifications.
- Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions to troubleshoot design or construction-related challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, including permits, safety records, and material inventories.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sustainable building solutions and vertical landscaping.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with site workers and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to commit to the full internship duration and travel to various site locations within Selangor when required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
