We are looking for a passionate and organized Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Subang Jaya.

This internship is tailored for individuals seeking to build a solid foundation in talent acquisition within a professional, fast-paced environment. You will be deeply integrated into our recruitment operations, supporting a variety of hiring initiatives across the group. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and networking) to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the scheduling of interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and assist in coordinating recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and presentation slides for the HR team.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong passion for Talent Acquisition and the overall Human Resources function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in a related role or campus leadership is a plus.
