As part of our team in Sepang, Selangor, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.) and screening resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Support employer branding efforts by updating job postings, managing social media channels, and creating engaging content.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends relevant to MAG’s departments.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize recruitment events, career fairs, and campus drives.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation materials are prepared.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Interest in the aviation industry and a passion for recruitment and talent development.
