Are you a student or fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Eraya is seeking a dedicated and proactive Intern Talent Sourcing - Staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process by identifying top talent, building a robust candidate pipeline, and supporting the HR department in various strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition, candidate screening, and market research within a dynamic corporate environment. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals who will mentor you throughout your internship, ensuring you gain valuable skills that will benefit your future career.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates and understand industry trends.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, to actively search for profiles.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and prepare candidate profiles for the hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain an effective database of potential candidates (Talent Pipeline).
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or students in their final year of study.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to think creatively to find hard-to-fill positions.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and navigating social media platforms.
  • Proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn new recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
