In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of strategic consulting projects designed to enhance organizational capabilities and drive workforce excellence. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of talent management and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with senior consultants to translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring our talent strategies align with business objectives. Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting market research, assisting in the design of learning and development programs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the execution of talent acquisition strategies, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support organizational design projects by conducting research on industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management stakeholders.
  • Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR consulting, Organizational Development (OD), or People Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Previous internship experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
