Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the execution of talent acquisition strategies, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support organizational design projects by conducting research on industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Help maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR consulting, Organizational Development (OD), or People Analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous internship experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
