Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor a team of interns, providing guidance and support throughout their internship period
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview schedules
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
  • Monitor intern performance and provide constructive feedback to help them develop professionally
  • Collaborate with HR managers to implement recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Assist in onboarding new interns and ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company
  • Document intern progress and prepare regular reports for management review
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide others
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
