We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern, Workforce & People Operations to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be supporting the People Operations team in ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a positive organizational culture. As an Intern, you will play a vital role in our internal processes. You will assist in workforce planning initiatives, help manage employee data, and support various HR administrative functions. You will get to work closely with experienced HR professionals, learning the ins and outs of talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce analytics. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational analysis to support business objectives.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks, including data entry and record management.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and screening resumes.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files with accuracy.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management review.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest and understanding of Workforce Planning and People Operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of HR software or systems is a plus.
