Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and correspondence for US-based clients
  • Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely resolution of accounting issues
  • Assist in billing processes, invoice generation, and tracking of payments for client accounts
  • Handle administrative tasks related to documentation, filing, and record management
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in numerical data processing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and contribute positively to team success
