Daikin Indonesia is seeking a skilled and strategic Internal Audit IT Supervisor to lead our information technology audit function. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning and execution of IT audit activities, ensuring that our systems are robust against cyber threats and fully compliant with global regulatory standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to management, identifying risks and implementing control measures that protect the company's digital assets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT audit projects in accordance with the Internal Audit Charter and annual risk-based plan.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls over information technology, including network security, access management, and system integrity.
- Evaluate compliance with company IT policies, ISO 27001 standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Conduct detailed reviews of financial and operational systems (e.g., ERP, SAP) to identify fraud, errors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations for remediation.
- Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering a culture of quality assurance and professional skepticism.
- Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to ensure audit issues are resolved effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, or Information Security.
- Certification as a CISA, CIA, or CISSP is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT audit frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency in using audit management software and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
