Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits across retail operations to assess financial controls and compliance
- Identify operational risks and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Analyze financial transactions and documentation for accuracy and adherence to policies
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and implementable solutions
- Monitor post-audit implementation of controls and corrective actions
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business processes and control environments
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in retail audit
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CIA, ACCA) preferred or willingness to pursue
- Minimum 2-3 years internal audit experience in retail sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications
- High ethical standards with meticulous attention to detail
