In this critical role, you will act as a guardian of our assets, responsible for monitoring compliance, ensuring robust operational security, and conducting thorough investigations into security incidents or policy violations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct internal security audits to evaluate the effectiveness of control measures and compliance with policies.
- Monitor and assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal security standards.
- Investigate security breaches, anomalies, and policy violations to determine root causes and impact.
- Identify potential vulnerabilities in systems, processes, and personnel to mitigate operational risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and risk assessments for management review.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations departments to recommend and implement security improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry best practices to ensure proactive defense.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CISSP is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, security operations, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to detect irregularities and conduct thorough investigations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
