Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting comprehensive pre-audit system reviews to identify potential control weaknesses.
- Executing field audits at various branches and internal departments according to the annual audit plan.
- Reviewing operational documentation to ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Preparing detailed and accurate audit reports outlining findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
- Monitoring and following up on the implementation of corrective actions by management to ensure issues are resolved.
- Assisting in the development and improvement of internal audit methodologies and internal control systems.
- Communicating audit results effectively to department heads and stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for field audit assignments as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various levels of management.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
