Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute internal audit assignments for retail outlets within the Northern region.
- Evaluate internal controls and assess the effectiveness of risk management processes.
- Review financial records, inventory logs, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Conduct interviews with store management and staff to gather and verify audit evidence.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on outstanding audit issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, retail operations, or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to multiple store locations within the assigned region.
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
