Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Perform risk assessments to proactively identify potential financial and operational vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand processes and audit scope requirements
- Stay current with auditing standards, industry regulations, and emerging best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or related financial control role
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (e.g., ISA, COSO framework) and Philippine regulatory environment
- Advanced proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and data analysis tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and data visualization tools)
