Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct risk-based internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance domains
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Perform substantive testing of financial transactions and account balances
- Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP, and Indonesian regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track resolution timelines
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial statement reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of internal or external audit experience
- Professional certification (CIA, CPA) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
