Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute full-scope internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of operational, financial, and compliance controls.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify key areas of concern and recommend value-added improvements.
- Perform audit fieldwork, including documentation review, interviews, and process observation to verify adherence to SOPs.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings and providing actionable recommendations for process optimization.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure management has effectively mitigated identified risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operational processes and improve overall company efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an internal or external audit role.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
