Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits across various departments within the hospitality organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls and internal processes
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to implement audit recommendations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting internal auditing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
