- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to verify ISO compliance across all departments
- Develop and implement robust audit plans aligned with ISO standards and organizational goals
- Identify compliance gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Monitor implementation of corrective measures and verify their effectiveness
- Stay updated with latest ISO regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with departments to establish and maintain quality management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of internal auditing experience with ISO standards
- Professional certification (CIA, CPA, or ISO Lead Auditor) preferred
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant quality management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in manufacturing or quality-driven industries preferred
