Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal audit engagements, including scope, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in financial and operational processes.
- Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial records and operational data.
- Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Communicate audit results effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or financial analysis is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards (e.g., PCAOB, ISO 9001) and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a project-based environment.
