Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits covering operational, financial, and compliance processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for process improvement.
- Perform risk assessments to determine the audit scope and develop annual audit plans.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with objective findings and value-added recommendations for management.
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that management has taken timely and effective corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain clear and organized audit documentation for review and reporting purposes.
- Assist in special investigations or ad-hoc projects as required by leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
