Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal control frameworks to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of operational processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and monitor internal controls that mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Document existing processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented controls, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and ensure documentation meets statutory audit requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff regarding internal control policies and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, or financial risk management.
- Strong understanding of internal control principles (COSO framework) and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
