Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and internal control evaluations across all business processes
- Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying control weaknesses and recommending evidence-based solutions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to embed control protocols into daily operations
- Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and update control frameworks accordingly
- Manage internal audit schedules and ensure timely completion of all compliance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or CIA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal controls, internal audit, or compliance roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
- Expert knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks (COSO, COBIT)
- Proficiency in audit software and advanced MS Excel functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a dynamic environment
