Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports for Australian/international stakeholders
- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations across global markets
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Indonesian accounting standards while supporting cross-border audits
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to guide strategic decisions
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize financial processes and implement best practices
- Manage vendor payments, expense controls, and internal financial controls for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international accounting with exposure to Australian firms
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and cross-border financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving operational efficiency
