Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for warehouse and logistics positions
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess cultural fit
- Collaborate with department heads to define talent requirements
- Optimize onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in logistics/warehousing
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
