Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Internal Human Resource (Recruitment) professional to join our team in Jurong East. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR enthusiast to play a pivotal role in supporting our warehouse and logistics operations.
As an Internal HR for our warehouse and logistics company, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with department managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure optimal workforce planning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse and logistics positions, including screening, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Facilitate new employee onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration into the team
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Singapore regulations
- Support employee relations activities and address day-to-day HR queries from staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and job portals for candidate sourcing
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or general HR functions
- Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
