You will leverage your expertise in forensic auditing and investigative techniques to conduct objective inquiries, ensuring that our operations remain compliant, transparent, and secure. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive forensic audits to detect irregularities and potential fraud.
- Conduct professional investigative interviews with employees and stakeholders to gather factual evidence.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, outliers, and suspicious activities.
- Prepare detailed, objective investigation reports for senior management with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with the legal and HR departments to resolve sensitive personnel and operational cases.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all phases of the investigative process.
- Develop and implement preventative measures to reduce risk and strengthen internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, fraud investigation, or forensic accounting.
- Proven track record in conducting high-stakes investigations and interviews.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, ACL, or similar audit tools).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) is highly preferred.
- High level of professional skepticism, integrity, and analytical reasoning.
