Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multi-channel recruitment strategies including job boards, social media, and professional networks

  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
