Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multi-channel recruitment strategies including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize recruitment processes
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and generate recruitment analytics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate candidate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in internal or agency settings
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methodologies
- Strong proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines with competing deadlines
- Knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and recruitment best practices
