Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily operations across departments
- Manage and maintain critical documentation systems with accuracy and confidentiality

- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock availability
- Assist in preparing operational reports and performance metrics
- Facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication and information flow

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
