Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify all incoming invoices from domestic and international vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including coding, approval routing, and timely payment execution.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage foreign currency transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with suppliers to address any payment issues.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts payable reports for management review and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant tax regulations.
- Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in International Account Payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures, foreign exchange, and international trade finance.
- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for this position.
