Indraco is looking for an ambitious International Business Development professional to join our growing team in Driyorejo. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company in international markets, responsible for identifying high-potential opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across borders.

You will play a strategic role in analyzing international market trends, defining entry strategies, and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with global clients. We are seeking a proactive communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take our brand to the next level.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new international business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Develop and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with existing and potential global partners.
  • Create strategic sales pipelines and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for international accounts.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Represent Indraco at international trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, outlining growth metrics and future strategy.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, international sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
  • Deep understanding of international trade, export regulations, and cultural business etiquette.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required by business needs.
