We are currently seeking an experienced International Consultant specializing in Compensation and Benefits to provide strategic expertise to our Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD) team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a comprehensive review of our global rewards strategy to ensure we remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with international best practices for a research-driven organization.
As our consultant, you will analyze current compensation structures, benchmark against global NGO and research benchmarks, and design a modern framework that supports our mission to improve the lives of rice farmers and consumers worldwide. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing salary structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs.
- Perform global benchmarking to ensure IRRI remains competitive within the international non-profit and research sectors.
- Develop a sustainable compensation philosophy and framework that promotes internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Advise HROD leadership on best practices for total rewards strategy, including performance-linked bonuses and market adjustments.
- Model the financial impact of proposed compensation adjustments to ensure budgetary alignment.
- Draft policy documentation and communication strategies for the implementation of new reward structures.
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations to ensure transparency and buy-in across diverse global departments.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits management, ideally within international organizations or NGOs.
- Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay Group, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS data modeling.
- Deep understanding of international labor market trends, payroll tax implications, and global benefits compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
