International Rice Research Institute (IRRI) is therefore seeking to engage a qualified International HR Consultant to support the Human Resources Operations and Development (HROD) team. In this critical role, you will lead a comprehensive review of the Institute's Compensation and Benefits (C&B) framework to ensure alignment with international best practices and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance on job architecture, salary structures, and performance-based incentives to drive employee engagement and retention. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance the fairness and transparency of reward systems, contributing to the broader mission of global food security through optimized human capital strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current C&B policies, job descriptions, and position grading frameworks.
- Analyze market data to develop competitive salary structures and pay bands for various job families.
- Design and implement performance management systems and incentive schemes to drive organizational performance.
- Provide expert advice on payroll administration, benefits administration, and local compliance requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation trends, cost implications, and market benchmarks.
- Collaborate with external vendors and legal advisors to ensure adherence to international labor standards and local regulations.
- Train HR staff and management on C&B principles and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR Analytics, or a similar HR Consultancy role.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation methods, compensation modeling, and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Experience working with international organizations or NGOs is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
