Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end cross-border corporate services for a diverse international client portfolio.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of international business entities, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Provide support for market entry projects and business expansion strategies across various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and local authorities to ensure timely processing of corporate documentation.
- Facilitate communication between global clients and our regional offices to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and review corporate reports, filings, and compliance documentation.
- Support clients in understanding tax, accounting, and legal implications related to their cross-border activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate services, consulting, or international business.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a significant advantage given our global service focus.
- Deep understanding of international corporate structures and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
