Tanggung Jawab
- Advise clients on the best immigration options, including work visas, student visas, and dependent visas, tailored to their specific circumstances.
- Conduct thorough eligibility assessments and client interviews to gather necessary information for visa applications.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa and immigration documents to government bodies and embassies with precision.
- Monitor application statuses, respond to requests for information (RFI), and manage deadlines effectively.
- Liaise with third-party agencies, translation services, and legal experts to facilitate the application process.
- Provide pre-departure briefings and orientation to ensure clients are well-prepared for their move abroad.
- Maintain detailed case files and client records in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in Political Science, International Relations, or Law is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa regulations, and global mobility trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with CRM software or case management systems is highly desirable.
