Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate international shipments, including booking, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment processes
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, payments, and other transactions according to company procedures
- Stay updated on international shipping regulations and industry best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or international trade
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation is a plus
