SIRVA is seeking an energetic and organized International Move Consultant to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our international clients and assignees, ensuring a seamless and stress-free relocation experience from start to finish.
As an International Move Consultant, you will manage end-to-end relocation processes, navigate complex logistics, and provide exceptional support to individuals moving across borders. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international assignees, providing end-to-end relocation coordination and support.
- Manage the documentation process, including customs requirements, shipping schedules, and move-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and global partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues throughout the moving process to minimize disruption for the client.
- Provide regular status updates and professional guidance to assignees regarding their relocation journey.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all service milestones are tracked and documented.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, international moving regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relocation services, logistics, customer service, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or industry-specific software.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple time zones.
- Previous experience working in a global or multicultural corporate environment is highly preferred.
