You will be responsible for promoting our diverse portfolio of residential brands, including ALP (Ayala Land Premier), Alveo, Avida, Amaia, and BellaVita, to high-net-worth international clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell all Ayala Land residential brands (ALP, Alveo, Avida, Amaia, BellaVita) to international and local prospects.
- Identify and qualify potential international leads to generate high-value sales opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and presentations to demonstrate the value of our developments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal and project management, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Market research to identify trends in the international real estate sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Real Estate Broker's License (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid working visa for international applicants (if applicable).
