Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support to clients regarding internet connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist customers with the installation and configuration of internet devices and modems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support tickets and interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to improve service quality and implement new solutions.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of internet protocols, network troubleshooting, and hardware components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in simple terms.
- High level of patience, empathy, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to company schedules.
