Vanli Auto Spares Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Intern. Our company is a leading distributor of automotive parts in Malaysia. This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced automotive parts distribution environment. Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, we offer a dynamic workplace where you will gain practical skills in financial operations, data management, and reconciliation processes.
As an intern, you will work closely with our accounting team, assisting with daily financial tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist in using accounting software to maintain records. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance, looking to kickstart their career in a supportive environment. You will also handle and organize accounting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Support bank reconciliation and account reconciliations.
- Handle and organize accounting documents and invoices.
- Help in preparing financial reports and summaries.
- Participate in month-end closing activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Accounting or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Eager to learn and proactive mindset.
