Sansico Industries is currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic Finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or fresh graduates who wish to gain practical experience in the corporate accounting environment. As an Accounts Intern, you will work closely with our senior accountants to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with bank reconciliations, managing accounts receivable, and processing payments. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records and organizing filing systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support the Accounts Receivable (A/R) team in managing invoices and customer payments.
- Process payments and vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Prepare and assist in the generation of basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the finance department operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
