Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team in the preparation of monthly full set accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Support the drafting and reconciliation of Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Contribute to the preparation of Cash Flow statements and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain organized and systematic filing of financial documents, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Support senior accountants during month-end closing activities and internal audit processes.
- Perform data entry into the company's accounting system with a high level of precision.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (formulas, formatting, and data management).
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling numerical data.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
