Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Finance Department with daily data entry, bookkeeping support, and reconciling invoices.
  • Manage office filing systems, ensuring all financial and administrative documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meeting room bookings and vendor communications.
  • Prepare and process documents, such as purchase orders, receipts, and reports, with high accuracy.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties, such as scanning, printing, and basic office maintenance.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling financial data and documents.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
