- Assist in the daily operations and administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and manage business correspondence, including emails, reports, and internal documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
- Support the management team with accurate data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-centric approach.
- Conduct research and compile data for internal projects and market analysis.
- Organize office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events or team-building activities.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
