Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify client invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Assist in maintaining and organizing contracts, financial documents, and filing systems
- Support cost control activities by tracking expenses and identifying discrepancies
- Prepare preliminary financial reports and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to monitor budget compliance
- Assist in monthly closing processes and variance analysis
- Implement document retention policies and ensure regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and cost control concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proactive problem-solving approach and team collaboration mindset
- Previous internship experience is desirable
