Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team with daily bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Prepare and organize financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Conduct basic data analysis to assist in budget tracking and forecasting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures under supervision.
- File and manage physical and digital financial records efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
