Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
- Support the team with data entry, document management, and filing.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Prepare and edit business reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.
- Conduct market research and compile data for business development initiatives.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for a 6-month internship placement.
- Willing to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
