Tanggung Jawab
- Support HR recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
- Assist E-Commerce team in managing online product listings, promotions, and customer engagement analytics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital and physical channels
- Manage inventory coordination and sales performance tracking for commercial initiatives
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR administrative tasks
- Analyze consumer trends to inform product merchandising and commercial strategies
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with creative thinking approach
- Valid Malaysian work permit or citizenship requirement
- Previous internship or retail experience preferred
