Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily HR operations and provide support to the HRBP team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support HR strategies.
- Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate HR events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
- Basic understanding of Malaysian labor laws is an advantage.
